　　Title:新疆大區(qū)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Developing sales market拓展銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng);

　　2.Building sales net in different areas.在不同的區(qū)域建立銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò);

　　3.Cooperating dealers to sell indirectly the full range of products配合經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商間接出售全系列產(chǎn)品;

　　4.Working together with dealers for the tender organized by local government

　　與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商一起參與由地方政府組織的招標(biāo)活動(dòng);

　　5.Focus on the changes and opportunity on local Agri-Policy

　　關(guān)注當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)機(jī)政策的變化，抓住機(jī)遇;

　　6.Helping dealers to put LEMKEN products to have their subsidy of government

　　幫助經(jīng)銷(xiāo)售為雷肯產(chǎn)品辦理政府補(bǔ)貼;

　　7.Making sales planning with dealers與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商一起制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃;

　　8. Organize Agri-Mechanic Fair and Demo show組織農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械展覽會(huì)和產(chǎn)品演示會(huì);

　　Requirement:

　　1. Successful completion of Agriculture Engineering technical or related education back ground農(nóng)業(yè)工程技術(shù)或相關(guān)教育背景;

　　2. More than 5 years Sales relative working experience in foreign investment company 5年以上外企相關(guān)銷(xiāo)售工作；

　　3. Solid technical understanding of agricultural industrial machinery充分理解農(nóng)機(jī)工業(yè)技術(shù);

　　4. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě);

　　5. Highly motivated and strong result driven attitude上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，強(qiáng)烈的結(jié)果導(dǎo)向態(tài)度;

　　6. Strong understanding of western culture and working style對(duì)西方文化和工作方式有深入的了解;

　　7. Willing to travel frequently能接受頻繁出差;

　　8. Good at maintenance of customer relationship擅長(zhǎng)客戶(hù)關(guān)系維護(hù);

　　9. Driving licence is must必須具有駕照.

　　Title:售后服務(wù)工程師-技術(shù)員

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Coordinate the technical documentation and information between the factory and the dealers/distributors on a daily base but also via training sessions that you need organize and execute

　　組織參加培訓(xùn)會(huì)議，并且在會(huì)議期間和日常工作中對(duì)于工廠和經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商/分銷(xiāo)商之間的技術(shù)文件和信息進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)與交流;

　　2. Support dealers and distributors in technical issues and to administrate warranties在技術(shù)方面和對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)保的管理上支持經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商和分銷(xiāo)商;

　　3. Organize good logistics of original parts and support the sales development of parts為經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商/分銷(xiāo)商提供一個(gè)良好的原廠備件的后勤保障，并且支持配件銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展;

　　4. Actively organize and conduct demonstrations, field demos, trade fairs and sales promotion積極組織開(kāi)展示范、田間演示、展會(huì)和市場(chǎng)促銷(xiāo)等活動(dòng);

　　Activities活動(dòng)區(qū)域

　　1. Travel across Western Part ofChina and occasional to neighboring areas to prepare the set-up and take part in different field demonstrations as well as trade fairs

　　出差的地點(diǎn)是中國(guó)西部地區(qū)，偶爾需要到其他相鄰區(qū)域準(zhǔn)備建立并參與各類(lèi)田間演示和展會(huì);

　　2. Others as assigned by manager區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理布置的其他任務(wù);

　　Requirement:

　　1. University degree, majored in agricultural mechanical or other related professions or similar training大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，主修農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)或具有相似的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷;

　　2. Three years of experience in a similar position preferably in the agricultural engineering, construction or automotive industry 3年類(lèi)似的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，農(nóng)業(yè)工程、建筑業(yè)和汽車(chē)行業(yè)尤佳;

　　3. High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team溝通能力強(qiáng)，能夠進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)合作;

　　4. Basic English language skills and MS office skills shall be available.掌握基本的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言技能，能夠運(yùn)用常用的辦公軟件;

　　5. Based in Xjingjiang Area, Home-office if no business travel此崗位基于整個(gè)新疆地區(qū)，在不出差的情況下，可以選擇家庭辦公；
